Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also remain in its original professional packaging with all seals intact.
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and laboratory safety standards, certain items are exempt from being returned:
Any opened or tampered-with peptide vials.
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
Perishable products requiring specific cold-chain storage that has been interrupted.
Gift cards.
To initiate a return, we require a receipt or valid proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Partial Refunds: In specific cases, only partial refunds may be granted (at the discretion of Evo Biolabs):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected by our lab team, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the product’s integrity.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days.

Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at evobiolabs@gmail.com for further instructions.
To return your product, please contact us first to receive the authorized return address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total. For high-value research orders, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
